Financial Policy
- Treatment fee is due and payable at the completion of treatment. If the treatment is completed in a single visit, payment is due at the time of service.
- As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance for you. You will be responsible for any portion of the fee that your insurance does not cover.
- Insurance deductible and copayment is always the responsibility of the patient and will be collected.
- We accept cash, personal checks (only for patient of record with account of good standing), Visa, Master, and Discover cards. A fee will be charged for returned checks.
